the location was ideal, close to many tourist attractions and easily accessible by public transport. the spacious room with basic amenities, including a kettle and tea and coffee, was an added advantage for us.

The air conditioning was noisy and not very effective. Housekeeping was not up to the mark, and we had to repeatedly request them to clean the room and replace towels.
